My Story
My Name is Adam Pfeifle - in 1996 (I was 16 years old) I became a Donut baker in a little bakery in Snoqualmie Washington. After about a year of employment I wanted to move on to bigger and better places. I found and little bakery in North Bend Washington with the name of “Georges Bakery”. I was just 17 years old and was hired by Greg Cordova and he put trust in me to bake most everything in the bakery after training (All the bread, pastries, bagels, and more). After some time at the bakery Greg convinced me to go to culinary school to further ground my experience and education. I completed culinary school and worked in some of the best restaurants in Seattle (Rovers, Cascadia, Le Pichet, Bellevue club, West City Kitchen, Maono Fired Chicken)
THEN……Joined the military in 2001
I was an EMT , then a paramedic, then a Firefighter, then…….
Served 2 tours in IRAQ as a Combat medic in 2004 and in 2008
2.5 years in Iraq (Total)
I’m proud to have served our country
I make everything for OUR Community- in small batches from my home base in West Seattle. To achieve optimal flavor, our products cold ferment from 20-24 hours making every bagel or pretzel worth the patience.
